Job Description

• Investment Banking/ Capital Markets experience
• Gap analysis / coming up with the problem statement (qualitative & technical;)
• Develop different options / assess the options (Pros and cons)
• Expand on the chosen solution option ---> flesh it out in detail
• Implement the change / change management skills
• Communication (oral and presentation)
• Preferred but not mandatory - data domain expertise, particularly Record Keeping (Retention law, Records keeping standards)
