Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a background in asset management and at least 30% involvement in project management to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting the execution of key projects, particularly in investment management and financial products. Experience in drafting Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD), as well as proficiency with dashboard tools (PowerBI and Tableau) and scrum tools (Agile), is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and optimize asset management processes, portfolio management, and investment strategies.
- Documentation: Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to ensure clear, concise, and actionable specifications for stakeholders and development teams.
- Dashboard Creation & Reporting: Use PowerBI and Tableau to create insightful, actionable dashboards that support decision-making in asset management and investment strategies.
- Project Management (30%): Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of asset management-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and scope.
- Scrum & Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and work closely with the team in a scrum environment to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve business process issues, ensuring continuous improvement in operational effectiveness.
- Testing & Validation: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and financial industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in asset management or financial services, with at least 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Experience with FRD & BRD: Proven experience in drafting and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) in asset management or financial services.
- Dashboard Tools: Proficiency in using PowerBI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Scrum Tools & Agile: Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and scrum tools for project management.
- Root Cause Analysis: Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
- Skills: Proficiency in asset management platforms, investment strategies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
