About The Role

The Digital Transformation Business Analyst will be a key member of the digital transformation team, responsible for driving various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive innovation.

Job Description

Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Lead and support digital transformation projects. Good Knowledge on Indirect Supply Chain
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  
  

Supply Chain Analytics

• Strong understanding on Indirect Spend and analysis
• Collect, analyse, and report supply chain metrics on a regular basis.
• Support strategic sourcing teams with data analytics and reporting for specific metrics and projects.
• Utilize automation and analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive productivity.
  
  

Project Management

• Manage portfolio initiatives and drive execution of digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate with various Carrier sites and teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality) to capture requirements and drive actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing industries, with a focus on digital transformation, automation, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capability to understand Power BI dashboards for analytics and presentation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
