Overview
Responsibilities
- Contribute to user story content by actively engaging with the product owner and feature team
- Deliver all relevant functional documentations with high quality. Ensure delivery of functional specification document
- Perform the analysis and work on the solution with minimal support from the BA lead
- Ensure the mandatory DOR and DOD checklist is met for all requirements
- Collaborate with testing team and development team in preparing the BDD
- Review test scenarios and do dip stick reviews on the functionalities delivered
- Perform application testing to ensure the functionalities delivered are meeting the requirements
- Contribute 5% of the time for functional chapter activities
- Drive Ceremonies: Work with Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done. Work with Scrum master to come up with the Sprint Demo content
- Aid the PO in preparing the product backlog and ensure that the stories are created and detailed one sprint in advance
Profile required
The candidate should/should have:
- 5+ years of IT industry experience in leading projects using Scaled Agile Frameworks.
- Strong knowledge/working experience in Payments domain
- Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business process or feature
- Exposure to Agile methodology is a must
- Strong documentation skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage project deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Work with PO to define/refine epics and user stories
- Act as liaison between the PO and the development team
- Translate business requirements to technical and functional requirements as needed
- Perform functional testing and coordinate for sign-off and release
- Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements and validate before releases
- Define and execute maximum scope coverage to automate functional, performance and regression tests
- Focus on innovative opportunities to improve value chains and processes.
- Experience in building and executing detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and testing of an end-to-end project.
- Strong "Agile Mindset" to drive and lead feature team towards continuous improvements and cultivate Agile ways of working in the teams.
- Ensure Agile ceremonies are carried out
- Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and review/adapt workshops.
- Maintain strong collaboration and build rapport between PO, BA, Feature teams, chapters and operation teams.
- Facilitate, assist to team to achieve the Sprint Goal.
- Ensure that the features being built by team accepted by product owner by closely working with team.
