Overview
Job Description:
- 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst having good experience in:
- In-depth understanding of Payments, Lending, Deposits - banking products & processes.
- Experience on Regulatory projects (specific to Europe & UK markets), API Banking, Open Banking.
- Hands on experience with using tools to document process, flows and requirement management. Tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Draw.io, Confluence, Jira etc.
- Experience on UML, Business Process, Data Analysis.
- Understanding of End-to-End flows across applications & interfaces.
- Effective project management methodology across Agile & Waterfall.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques to create solid business analysis plan approach.
- Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills, senior stakeholder management.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple information tracks concurrently.
- Lead business & functional requirement gathering sessions with various business partners and document the requirements & system solutions.
- Partner with the Testing/QA teams and Business owners to define test strategy, scope and ensure coverage of functional requirements.
