Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – LXP administration – Learning Process

As Learning Management System (LMS) manager , you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the platform, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the LXP/ LMS
• Content Management: Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, including courses, videos, and other educational materials.
• User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion rates, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.
• Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and updates and implement best practices to enhance the learning experience.
  
  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Q Ualifications / Skills

• Experience: Good years of experience in Skillsoft- Pericipio LXP/ SuccessFactor LMS
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Skillsoft Percipio / SuccessFactor LMS. Strong understanding of e-learning standards and technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
