Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Life Insurance sector and excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and technical teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the development of solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring business needs are clearly understood and addressed, offering support in technical aspects, and maintaining strong documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Have
Ø A degree in Business, IT or relevant fields
Ø Previous experience working in Life insurance industry is required eg: New Business, Claims, Policy Servicing, Agency, Reinsurance, Group Policies.
Ø Basic familiarity with gathering requirement and preparing process documentation.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ø Hands-on experience in managing and working with insurance applications, demonstrating a solid understanding of insurance processes and systems.
Ø Strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ø Experience 3 - 6 years in Insurance Industry.
Good To Have
Ø Ability to query and analyze data from databases using SQL to support reporting and decision-making.
Ø Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ø Certifications in Insurance Institute of India is an added advantage.
