Business Analyst - IT Operations

Overview

The Business Analyst - IT Operations is responsible for analyzing and improving IT operational processes, systems, and workflows. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring that IT systems and solutions meet business needs. The BA will work closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors to implement solutions that enhance efficiency, performance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document IT operations processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure IT systems align with business needs.
• Support project management activities and IT system implementations.
• Monitor and optimize IT service delivery.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT operations or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Understanding of IT systems, including cloud services, network infrastructure, and software applications (ERP, CRM).
• Experience of 3 - 5 years.
• Bsc.IT & Computer Science will be highly recommended.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
