Job Title: Business Analyst – Insurance Domain We are looking for an insurance professional to work in alignment with sales team for meeting business targets of insurance vertical. What we are looking for • Proven and demonstrated experience in working with Insurance Industry (Life/Non Life/Health) • Proficiency in analyzing the customers business, and applications and converting the business needs into viable solutions. • Experience & expertise in creating solution offerings for insurance industry • Engineering Graduates or MBA having 1-2 years of experience in insurance domain • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation and business acumen • Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive Key responsibilities will include • Proactively looking for creative ways to position Newgen Insurance solution by incorporating specific industry/domain expertise and business/functional knowledge. • Working closely with sales team to provide clarifications and answers to customer queries requiring deep domain expertise on timely manner. • Carrying out Proof of Concepts to demonstrate how Newgen solution could meet customer requirements and deliver values. • Ensure compliance to processes such as Proposals, RFPs, RFIs, effort estimation, etc. • Giving demos of Newgen insurance solutions and creating proof of concepts • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Newgen offerings and similar competitive products to effectively compares/competes and position Newgen.
