Overview
We are looking for a motivated and business-minded female candidate to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the company owner and play a role in gathering client requirements and preparing requirement documents. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating these requirements to the development team.Conducting research to support software solutions, including website development,CRM and ERP software.

Responsibilities:
Gather client requirements to understand their needs and objectives for software solutions.
Prepare Client requirements documents in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate with the development team to convey client requirements.
Conduct research and analysis on software solutions, Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
Work closely with the development team to provide ongoing support and clarification on client requirements throughout the development process.
Required Skill
Gender preference: Female candidates.
English proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Business mindset: Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
