As part of this role, you will be us ing data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, provide data-driven reports and suggestions to executives and stakeholders , mentor junior resources within the team.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle and a nalyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Automate data processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Mentor junior analysts.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service by showcasing customer centric behavior
• D emonstrate ability to think critical ly
• S howcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  
  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Q ualifications

• Any Tech graduate or post graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
• Proficient in Advanced Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Presentation Skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
  
  

Preferred Q ualifications / Skills (One or more of what’s mentioned below)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and Power platform
• Expertise in Data Visualization Tool like Power BI, Tableau is nice to have
• Prior Experience in Python Coding or SQL is preferred
• Prior Experience in Front End Development (HTML, CSS)
• AWS or Azure
