Job Description

To act as an IT business partner to the respective business. To enable technology into business function. Elicit and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders: Assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand business needs. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, such as business process models, use cases, and requirements specifications. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals. Testing Support: Assist in the development of test plans and test cases. Participate in testing activities and help identify and resolve defects. Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements. Training: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for end-users. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies. Understand business needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high impact change initiatives. Execution of mandates as per the requirement with focus on quality & timeline. Discover solutions to develop and drive business to archive best possible results. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders Constantly look out for best practices by studying online about other companies/agencies within and outside the industry
