Business Analyst - Colombia

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Responsibilities: -

• 
  Understand the organization's business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape, and align business strategies with those objectives.
• 
  Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
• 
  Develop strategic plans and initiatives based on the analysis, and present findings and recommendations to executive management.
• 
  Assist clients in defining and documenting their business requirements to align with their strategic objectives.
• 
  Ensure clients receive the maximum value from their investment by applying proper methodologies, processes, and best practices in all consulting engagements.
• 
  Work closely with key customers to keep them informed of changes in strategic plans and initiatives designed to improve service.
• 
  Submit regular reports to the management team about the company's performance and progress of new initiatives.
• 
  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• 
  Proficiency in business English – written and spoken.
• 
  Available to work across multiple time zones.

Requirements

Qualifications/Competencies:

• 
  Master of Business Administration in finance, Marketing, International business, Strategy or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and training.

Experience:

• 
  Proven experience as a business strategy consultant or similar role, ideally from a Big 4 or similar background.
• 
  Analysis of financial metrics, business metrics, competitive intelligence, data mining, market research, predictive analysis.
• 
  Interest in emerging technologies such as blockchain, IOT, RPA, conversational AI, etc.
• 
  Proficient in Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced skills.
• 
  Ability to prepare detailed financial documents and complex reports.
• 
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis skills · Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification is a plus.
