Overview
Experience Required: 3+ years in Business Analysis
Domain: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
Skills Required:
3+ years of Business Analyst experience in software/application development.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Proficient in JIRA for managing user stories, epics, and sprints.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
KYC and client onboarding experience (nice-to-have)
Job Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for software products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between development teams and business users.
Create and manage user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Support testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and implementation processes.
