Your role:

Business Analyst – Automation is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze processes, and design to be process that streamline operations and improve productivity.

Who you are:

Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering

Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)

Professional Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Primary Skills:

• Proven experience of 6-8 years of experience as Business Analyst for RPA projects
• Expertise in discovering automation opportunities, proposing process improvement/standardization and detailing business required to be ready for automation
• Experienced in building automation Business Cases, Process Design Documents by collecting process information, operational data from business
• Excellent understanding of RPA tools capability and RPA project lifecycle
• Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools.
• Experienced in managing projects for project delivered internally as well as projects being delivered by suppliers
• Expertise analysing processes at L3-L5 levels, SOPs and in probing business processes to capture all details around the process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Secondary Skills:

• Innovation: Stay curious and explore technologies trends
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for automation and process optimization.
• Experience in delivering solutions for GBS domains (Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Experience etc)

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

Demand Management

• Work with multiple stakeholder to understand and capture the automation demands
• Perform quick assessment and build business cases working with business SMEs, GPOs (Global Process Owners) and Automation architect by understanding all aspects of processes
• Co-ordinate with Business SMEs & GPOs to ensure assessment is completed withing agreed timelines
• Prepare relevant documents as output of the automation assessment and update the demand databases.
• Support Demand manager on demand management activities

Design

• Identify all needed stakeholder to provide step by step process demo
• Capture step by step process flow including different variation of processes, actors of the processes, applications involved.
• Probe business to understand if larger process can be automated to bring more values
• Analyse if there are opportunities for process standardization and improvements before automation
• Design and develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and process documentation to be ready for development.
• Build, review and get sign off on Process Design Documents from business stakeholders
• Support development team during implementation phase on requirements doubts
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving issues and defects during the testing phase.
• Stay up to date with RPA trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in automation initiatives.
• Ensure the demands status is updated and being tracked to ensure the agreed timelines are met
• Work on continuous improvement to make demand management process efficient and effective
• Contribute to cross team initiatives around automations
• Conduct session and workshops with business to communicate Demand Management process, ways of working and discover automation opportunities.
