Overview

Expected Credentials

● Bachelor's degree in ECE/CSE/IT/Electrical.

● 4-6 Years of Operational Experience in managing broadcast and IT infrastructure which includes broadcasting equipment, servers and network switches

● Fair understanding and knowledge of network operating systems, network equipment and networking protocols

● Excellent Verbal and oral communication skills.

Job Descriptions

● Knowledge of broadcast workflow, studios, PCR, MCR and NRCS

● Knowledge of NRCS system like Dalet, Octopus

● Working knowledge of AR/ VR

● Working knowledge of Vizrt, Mo-sys system, Trio, VCP

● Hand-on experience of EVS, IPD, Xfile etc.

● Knowledge of streaming application: Quick link, TVU ● Understanding of playout and broadcast automation systems

● Hand-on experience of server and storage

● Manage Day to Day Video Monitoring Software Operations (Daily checklist, monitoring of devices for availability/performance, user access management, troubleshooting and resolving user issues, managing user queries and configuration backup).

● Operation, maintenance and surveillance and monitoring of the overall active infrastructure.

● Installation, configuration, management and monitoring of IT equipment’s such as Routers, Switches, firewalls, storage and servers etc.

● Configuration and maintenance for backup system and associated components

● Operation, maintenance, surveillance, monitoring, and overall management of all other Broadcast and IT infrastructure and related components and systems

● Co-ordination/escalation with Vendors/Service Providers/ OEM for any failures/issues and their closures.

● Identify, respond, troubleshoot, remediate issues in a timely manner and carry out root cause analysis.

● Preparation various reports- Incident, Capacity & other on weekly/ monthly basis.

● Perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of medium to large sized Video related systems.

● Responsible for changes to existing system or to resolve technical problems regarding changes to existing system.
