Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer (AI/ML) with expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, data modeling, and cloud services, along with hands-on experience in large language models (LLMs) or small language models (SLMs).

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer (AI/ML) with expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, data modeling, and cloud services, along with hands-on experience in large language models (LLMs) or small language models (SLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.
- Work with multi-process architecture and manage threading limitations in Python.
- Utilize AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and other relevant tools.
- Design and implement relational database models and write optimized SQL queries.
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs or SLMs to enhance AI-driven applications.
- Work with AWS or Azure cloud services for AI/ML model deployment and scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with multi-process architecture and threading in Python.
- Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, and other AI/ML libraries.
- Good experience in Postgres and Elastic search databases
- Hands-on experience in developing LLMs or SLMs.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services for AI model deployment.
- Exposure to GraphQL.
- Experience or knowledge of the financial domain.
- Experience with AWS Lambda Functions or Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work with clients and key stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements.
- Passion for working in a startup environment and eagerness to explore challenging technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE, B.Tech, MCA, MCS)
