Job Description:

The BIM Faculty & Technical Lead at CADCENTER will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing BIM training programs for students and professionals. This role requires in-depth technical expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM)-AEC, Architecture, Structural, Infrastructure, MEP, and Project Management, along with strong teaching and leadership skills. The candidate will oversee curriculum development, faculty training, and ensure the implementation of the latest industry practices in BIM education.

Key Responsibilities:1. BIM Training & Curriculum Development

• Deliver high-quality BIM training sessions for students and corporate professionals.
• Develop and update course curriculum, lesson plans, and study materials based on industry standards.
• Conduct practical workshops and hands-on training in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, InfraWorks, Civil 3D, Tekla, and other BIM-related software.
• Ensure the training programs align with AEC industry standards (ISO 19650, LOD specifications, etc.).

2. Technical Leadership & Support

• Act as the technical mentor for BIM faculty and trainers across various CADCENTER branches.
• Evaluate and certify trainers based on their BIM expertise and teaching capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM implementation, project workflows, and standards.
• Conduct train-the-trainer programs to enhance faculty knowledge.

3. Project Management & Industry Collaboration

• Guide students and professionals on BIM project workflows, coordination, and clash detection.
• Collaborate with AEC firms, contractors, and consultants to integrate industry requirements into training programs.
• Support live projects for clients and students through BIM modeling and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and global standards.

4. Business Development & Marketing Support

• Work with the marketing team to promote BIM training programs through webinars, workshops, and events.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and demos for corporate training programs.
• Participate in seminars, industry events, and conferences to enhance the brand value of CADCENTER.

5. Research & Innovation

• Explore new technologies in BIM, AI-driven BIM tools, digital twins, and automation.
• Research and implement new BIM workflows, including cloud-based solutions such as Autodesk BIM 360 and ACC.
• Develop custom scripts and automation using Dynamo and Python for BIM efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Structural Engineering / Construction Management.
• Additional certifications in BIM (Autodesk Certified Professional, Bentley, or equivalent) are preferred.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Civil 3D, Dynamo, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD specifications, and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with Clash Detection, Model Coordination, and BIM Documentation.
• Basic scripting skills in Dynamo, Python, or Grasshopper (preferred).

• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and train faculty on new BIM trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
