Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to act as the bridge between our Product and Engineering teams. You will ensure seamless execution of product development cycles, enabling fast-paced, high-quality releases while aligning business objectives with technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery: Drive end-to-end project management, ensuring weekly product releases meet quality, timeline, and scope expectations.

Agile Process Management: Implement and optimize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient development cycles.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA to translate ideas into Coordination: Identify technical dependencies, risks, and constraints while optimizing resource & Transparency: Provide clear updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and find innovative solutions.

Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of execution by overseeing testing, deployment, and post-release feedback loops.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, aligning business goals with engineering efforts.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or reward-based platforms is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and workflow automation.
• Passion for gaming, digital entertainment, and emerging technologies.
