Job Description:

Ruchika Social Service Organization is looking for a dedicated Basic IT Trainer to join our employability program. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in teaching IT-related subjects and should be skilled in delivering practical, hands-on training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Basics, Email Communication, and IT Fundamentals
• Deliver interactive, activity-based learning to engage students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Help students develop computer literacy and workplace IT skills
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT training or teaching
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet usage, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and empowering youth with employable IT skills
