Backend Web Developer(experienced)

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Backend Web Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic, APIs, and database structures that power our web applications. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems.
• Design and implement APIs to be consumed by front-end and mobile applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to define and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Manage and maintain databases, including creating queries, procedures, and optimizations.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, .NET).
• Strong experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
