Role Overview: We are looking for a Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience (or a strong aptitude to learn) to join our core team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Next.js, and SQL while working within a microservices architecture on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot on the backend.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between services.
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity.
• Write unit test cases and perform QA testing to ensure high-quality code.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications in an AWS cloud environment.
• Contribute to system architecture, ensuring a well-structured microservices ecosystem.
• Take ownership of features from inception to market launch, collaborating closely with the product team.
• Be flexible and willing to contribute beyond coding—whether it’s DevOps, testing, or system design. Who We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3-4 years of proven full-stack development experience
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Next.js, SQL, AWS, and microservices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit
• Mindset: A go-getter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude, eager to take on new challenges.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and contribute beyond development— exploring areas like cybersecurity and DevOps.

Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless architecture or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
