OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Java Developer to develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, SQL, and Python. You'll design, modify, and document coding changes, ensuring high-quality, defect-free software. Collaborating with teams, you'll implement technical solutions and optimize application performance. Strong experience in SQL, Oracle databases, and debugging is essential.




Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, SQL, and Python
Review and analyze detailed software requirements
Design, modify, and document coding changes for application enhancements
Perform peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices
Develop SQL queries and stored procedures for Oracle databases
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications
Ensure software changes are defect-free before deployment to production
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions
Provide technical documentation, including code changes, test plans, and peer review reports




Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of software development experience, particularly in Java, SQL, and AWS skills within an enterprise environment
Experience in Healthcare
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and databases.
Proficient in coding in one or more modern programming languages like Java, React, Javascript, HTML, CSS
Strong in RESTful API implementation, Spring & Spring Boot, micro-services architecture, and databases
Experience in Angular 2 (Front-end)
Skills working on Docker / Kubernetes
Hands-on experience in AWS
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
