Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in mobile and web app development services, capable of handling both pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their requirements, create detailed quotations, help define project scope, and manage project execution through to successful delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Support:

  • Engage with potential clients during the pre-sales phase to understand business requirements and technical needs for mobile and web app development projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define the scope of projects and provide accurate quotations and estimates.
  • Prepare project proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
  • Offer consultancy on technical solutions and best practices for mobile/web applications.

• Post-Sales Support & Client Handling:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams, translating client requirements into detailed specifications and technical documentation.
  • Lead the requirement gathering and analysis sessions with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Project Execution & Scope Management:

  • Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee the execution of mobile and web app development projects, ensuring that all requirements are being followed and deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Target Achievement:

  • Support business development efforts to achieve sales and revenue targets by delivering high-quality proposals and solutions that drive new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on project progress and milestones, ensuring the business is meeting its targets for both new and ongoing client projects.

• Market & Industry Insight:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the mobile and web app development space.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements in services and offerings to clients.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in mobile and web app development services.
  • Experience with pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, creating quotations, and proposal preparation.
  • Hands-on experience in post-sales client handling, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of mobile and web app development technologies (e.g., iOS, Android, React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Target-Oriented:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets and deliver results in a client-facing role.

• Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
