Azure Data Engineer

Overview

Looking for Senior Azure data engineer to design, implement, and optimize data pipeline and solutions using Azure data factory, Azure Synapse analytics and Power BI. The candidate should have experience in developing scalable data architecture, data transformation process and analytical solution supporting business needs for data management, reporting and insights through visually compelling dashboards. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in this initiative of developing robust data engineering practices to support multiple projects.

•Interacting with customer, analyzing, and developing understanding of data onboarding requirements and gathering additional required information with relevant queries. Build, deploy and manage pipelines using ADF for ingestion, processing and transforming datasets.

•Implement solutions using Azure Synapse analytics for data warehousing, analytics and big data solutions, ensuring optimal query performance and architecture. Design and implement database, data lakes, data warehouse solutions, and star/snowflake schema model using Azure SQL, synapse and ADLS Develop Data models for different storage solutions Design and Develop Power BI Reports as per business requirements using given templates Automating the data extraction for reports as fetched from different sources, effective code review and implementing development best practices etc. As a senior Developer should be able to understand the application architecture.

•Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.

•Strong verbal and communication skills.

Collaborating with team and project management on the status and highlighting any risk/issues.

Experience: 6+ years of total experience working as software engineer. Experience in ADF - Strong expertise in creating and managing complex ETL processes using linked services, datasets, pipelines, and activities in ADF. Hands on experience with Azure synapse for data warehousing Experience with Power BI for creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Experience with Azure data lake, Azure SQL, Rest API, Azure Key vault. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Devops and GIT Relational and Dimensional Data modelling Prior work experience in a high pace corporate environment Experience working on complex software projects Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

Skills: Azure Synapse

•Good Knowledge on Power BI, DAX, Visualization, and data modelling with hands on exp

•T-SQL Programming

•Git, TFS, VSTS, Azure Dev Ops Preferred Skills.

Azure Data bricks to perform advanced transformation using pyspark or scala Azure Fabric

•Knowledge of machine learning and data science practices is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
