Job Description
Impressico is looking for data engineers to work on data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, and dimensional modeling for its client’s projects.
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architectures
- Optimize data delivery for greater scalability
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading
- of data from a wide variety of data sources using Python, SQL, and Azure cloud technologies
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to assist with data-related technical
- issues and support data infrastructure needs
- Work on building a DWH that will serve as the foundation for all visualization needs.
- enabling and running data migrations across different databases and different servers
- performing thorough testing and validation in order to support the accuracy of data
- transformations and data verification to be used by downstream applications
- Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality
Job Specification
- Proficient with Python
- Python ecosystem
- Proficient with SQL
- Proficient with Azure services (Data Factory, Batch, Storage Accounts, key vault, Azure IAM, Azure DevOps)
- Proficient with docker
- Proficient with GIT
- Self-starter and inquisitive attitude
- Good communication and analytical skill sets
