Azure Cloud Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Azure

• Manage Azure services including Azure VMs, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking

• Automate infrastructure deployment using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform

• Monitor cloud performance and ensure availability and reliability using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

• Manage identity and access using Azure AD and RBAC

• Implement best practices in security, governance, and compliance

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines

• Perform cost optimization and resource scaling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Strong knowledge of core Azure services (Compute, Network, Storage, Identity)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform

• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Azure CLI

• Understanding of Azure DevOps for build and release management

• Experience with cloud security, monitoring, and cost management

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher (e.g., Solutions Architect)

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-prem integration

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration (AKS)

• Experience working in Agile teams and using tools like Jira or Azure Boards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹476,841.74 per year
