Predoole is looking for talented, hands-on technical architects and senior developers to help accelerate our growing business. Here as part of Cloud Solution provider, we engage in a wide variety of business-critical, high-profile requirements for customers and partners and help them better leverage the ever-evolving Predoole Analytics platform.
Skillset:
We are looking for hands-on architects/developers who are passionate about:
- Play a strategic role in managing all cloud systems including the front-end platforms
- Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adoption process
- Helping product teams & customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage cloud services
- Architecting & developing platforms to be cloud optimized, working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams
- Providing software development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns and programming
- Advising and implementing best practices around periodic evaluation of cloud applications, infrastructure, software to optimize cost & performance
- Work closely with IT security & compliance teams to monitor, advise regarding the various privacy & compliance related policies.
- Working as both an infrastructure and application development specialist for tasks lift & shift to cloud programs
Implementing DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of large-scale development or application engineering with recent coding experience in one or two languages
- 3-5+ years of experience designing, executing, provisioning, optimizing cloud technologies
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to maintain governance & communication, articulating complex technical metrics to management and other teams in a simplified manner
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to project manage and work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Demonstrated hands on experience building sophisticated cloud native applications
- Certification in AZURE
Understanding of and experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA and REST)
Experience with the following tools and technologies:
- Hadoop, Spark, Kafka,
- Relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Data pipeline/workflow management tools.
- AZURE cloud services such Azure DevOps, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Active Directory, API management etc.
- Stream-processing systems such as Cosmos DB and Power BI
- Object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, PowerShell etc.
