Azure Certified Scrum master

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical capacity within IT sectors.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet is desirable
• Team player and working in a distributed team setup is a must
• A good technical understanding of Azure (service bus queues and topics, Dataverse, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Functions), APIs, databases and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and guide the scrum process on scrum teams with cross-functional impacts that involve project, product, and application teams.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, communicating with other management, developers, product managers, and technical leads, support specialists on issues.
• Ensure the design and implementation of project plans meet business needs and requirements, are achievable and delivered on time
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Lead and support the teams in identifying and removing impediments, promoting self-management, and constantly improving our standards of work.
• Effectively run scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, refinements and sprint demos
• Communications and Stakeholder Management - Ensure stakeholder interests are identified and addressed. Build consensus across a large and often diverse group of stakeholders and develop strategic relationships with internal and external suppliers
• Own Delivery: Driving the delivery of multiple complex and cross-functional change initiatives in support of our architecture roadmap, strategy and plan
• Manage Risks: Surfacing and resolving risks and dependencies so that we achieve a clear path to delivery
• Dependency Management - Maintain robust dependency management, working with senior stakeholders to avoid or resolve issues
• Capacity and Capability for Change: Building and guiding the direct and assigned teams, ensuring we have the capability and capacity we need to deliver and make a sustained, positive impact.
• Build and maintain working relationships with technology and business leaders, team members, vendors, and other departments involved in multiple projects
• Prepare and communicate weekly/monthly project progress/status reports for Management review as defined in the PfMO framework
• Coordinate across functions to drive project objectives and to own the end to end delivery
• Create, maintain, rehearse and time the runbook
