Position: DevOps Engineer

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing DevOps workflows.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-based deployments.

This role requires expertise in cloud technologies, automation tools, containerization, and monitoring solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

● DevOps Strategy & Execution – Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

● CI/CD & Automation – Build and manage highly available CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to streamline deployments.

● Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Define, enforce, and implement IaC best practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.

● Security & Compliance – Ensure DevSecOps best practices by integrating security scanning, compliance checks, and vulnerability assessments into CI/CD pipelines.

● Monitoring & Observability – Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.

● Containerization & Kubernetes – Optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications for security, high availability, and performance.

● Cloud & Cost Optimization – Drive cost-effective cloud usage strategies by analyzing resource allocation and optimizing infrastructure expenses.

● Incident & Disaster Recovery Management – Develop and execute disaster recovery and incident response strategies to ensure system resilience.

● Performance & Scalability Improvements – Identify and implement emerging DevOps tools and technologies to enhance automation, efficiency, and performance.

● Te chnical Leadership & Mentorship – Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

● Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

● Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).

● CI/CD & Automation: Proven expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Github Actions.

● Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools.

● System Administration: Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and system architecture.

● Monitoring : Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and logging systems (ELK stack, Splunk).

● Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in production systems.

● Agile Practices: Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of Agile principles.

● Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Certifications in DevOps-related fields (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹387,449.56 - ₹1,865,041.78 per year
