What is the role that we need?

To ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, AWS-based Data Warehouse must be structured so that offshore teams cannot directly access sensitive data. Instead, a collaborative model will be followed:

1. The Onshore DataMart Coordinator will collect business requirements and validate compliance.

2. The Offshore Data Architect (India-based) will design the DataMart, define data models, and oversee offshore development.

3. Once developed, the Onshore Team will configure and deploy the DataMart within the US to maintain compliance. This ensures seamless delivery while maintaining data security and compliance.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

● Work with the US DataMart Coordinator to understand business needs and compliance restrictions.

● Design scalable, high-performance DataMarts on AWS Redshift, Glue, and Athena.

● Ensure compliance by designing architectures where offshore teams do not need direct data access.

● Guide Data Engineers in developing robust ETL pipelines and efficient queries.

● Collaborate with Tableau Developers to optimize data structures for visualization.

● Own the end-to-end architecture & best practices, ensuring seamless execution.

● Engage with client stakeholders to provide technical insights and solution recommendations.

● Ensure data security best practices are followed throughout the lifecycle.

● Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts. Qualifications:

● 12+ years in Data Architecture & Engineering.

● Expertise in AWS Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and S3.

● Strong knowledge of ETL, Data Modeling, and Performance Optimization.

● Experience managing offshore development teams and onshore coordination.

● Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

● Deep understanding of compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and how to structure data processing securely.

● Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work with US-based teams remotely.

● Hands-on experience in Tableau data integration and optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
