AWS Cloud Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using services like ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CDN.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on ECS and EKS platforms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using CloudFormation templates and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Develop and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, and CodeBuild.
• Implement serverless applications and functions using AWS Lambda.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud resources for high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including IAM policies, security groups, and encryption.
• Work closely with other teams to support system migrations, upgrades, and deployments to the cloud.
• Stay up-to-date with AWS offerings and best practices to continuously improve cloud architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodeBuild, and CDN.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration using ECS and EKS.
• Solid experience with infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools such as CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines with AWS Code services.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architecture and AWS Lambda.
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and debugging skills using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and other AWS monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as VPC, subnets, security groups, and load balancing in AWS environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards in the cloud.
• Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Shell, etc.) for automation and custom Lambda functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,923.40 - ₹40,148.42 per month
