Role Description

Must-Have Skills:
- Software Development & Testing: Strong experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) with a focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test frameworks.
- BFSI Domain Experience: Solid experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
- Automation Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, specifically Selenium, Core Java, and Cucumber.
- Test Automation: Experience in creating and executing automated test scripts, integration testing, and UI testing using the above-mentioned tools.
- Programming: Strong hands-on experience with Core Java for test development and framework creation.
- CI/CD Integration: Knowledge of integrating test automation with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Cloud Testing: Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools.
- Test Management Tools: Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestNG, etc.
- Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience working in an Agile team.
- Security Testing: Understanding of security testing practices, especially in the BFSI domain.
- Minimum: 5 years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET).
- Preferred: 5 to 8 years of experience, specifically in the BFSI domain with expertise in automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Core Java, Cucumber).
