• Job Title: Automation Test Lead
• Experience: 10years - 15years
• Location: Bangalore
• Mode: Hybrid
• Notice Period: Immediate/ Early joiners
• Mandatory Skills: Python , Selenium , Appium , Automation test

Direct contract with the client for a 6 month contract to permanent position (Later conversion will be happen based on performance)

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Ability to build a suitable framework based on the application to be automated.
• Ability to guide and help a team of junior automation engineers.
• Proven track record of designing scalable test automation solutions

Mandatory skills:

• 15 year of building Automation Frameworks and Automating testcases
• Web and Mobile application automation
• Building frameworks
• Selenium + Python for WebUI Automation:
• I. Design and develop automation frameworks from scratchII. Implement best practices for maintainability and scalabilityIII. Develop reusable libraries for UI, API, and mobile testingIV. Optimize test execution speed and efficiencyV. Page Object Model (POM) and BDD frameworks (like Behave)VI. Integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Appium + Python for Mobile application Automation
• I. Appium with Python for Android and iOS testingII. Hybrid and native app automationIII. Handling gestures, deep links, etc.
• Knowledge on pyTest and Docker

• Good spoken and written communicationGood to have:

• Experience automating web applications.
• Experience testing Enterprise Web applications on both Windows and Mobile
