Automation Test lead

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA efforts, ensuring effective test strategies and automation frameworks.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using languages like C#/

Python or Java.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing using

tools.

• Define test plans, test cases, and test execution strategies.

• Perform performance, security, and functional testing of applications.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure early bug detection and resolution.

• Analyse test reports and drive defect management processes.

• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, ensuring best testing practices.

• Continuously enhance test automation coverage to improve software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree

• 8+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

• Strong knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium / Playwright / Appium /

JMeter/ Postman).

• Experience with API testing and performance testing tools.

• Experience in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
