About the Role

Seeking an Automation Test lead with 7+ years of experience automation testing and strong expertise in skills like Selenium with Java, C#, Jenkins.

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to share relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
• Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Experience in UFT, RPA (UiPath) is optional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Prior presentation and Client interaction skills is a must.

Skills and Experience:

• Require an automation consultant with a minimum of 7-12+ years of hands-on experience
• The ideal candidate should have automation skills like Selenium with Java, C#, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Excellent experience in developing automation frameworks such as BDD, Data-Driven, Hybrid frameworks using multiple programming languages
• Good experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
• Prior experience in leading a team is a must
• Experience in end to end project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with client, products, offshore & onshore teams and bridge the communication gaps
• Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes.
