Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, ensuring our platform's robustness and reliability. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing product quality and driving software solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks using JAVA, Python, JavaScript, and Selenium.
- Perform thorough testing of our platform, including regression and performance testing, to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues swiftly.
- Utilize TestNG and Jenkins for continuous integration testing.
- Conduct SQL queries to check data integrity and validate backend processes.
- Document and communicate testing results effectively to stakeholders.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the testing process and lead test automation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience with SQL, Selenium, TestNG, and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as GitLab.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams.
- Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell are a plus.
