Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to identify test requirements, implement robust automation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define and implement test automation strategies.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with development teams for defect resolution.
• Stay updated with emerging automation tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance test efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or other automation tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for test automation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills to identify test failures and root causes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
