Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

Attero Recycling Private Limited is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.

The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for our web applications.
• Review code, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other departments within the company.
  
  

Requirements

• Tech, MCA.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e., React, Angular).
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Experience with the following Python libraries:
• FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Pandas.
• 5+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with Linux.
