Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and guide our teams toward high performance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator for Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Help the team remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well-prioritized backlog.
• Shield the team from external distractions and ensure focus on sprint goals.
• Track and manage team performance metrics, ensuring visibility and transparency.
• Promote Agile best practices and Lean thinking across the organization.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align best practices.
• Encourage a culture of ownership, self-organization, and accountability.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
• Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) is a plus.
• Experience in software development or IT projects is preferred.
