Overview:
UI/UX Knowledge: Design System management, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
We are looking for a Associate UI/UX Developer who can combines UX and UI skills, bridging user experience design with visual interface design. The UX/UI Developer ensures that designs are both usable, functional and visually engaging, working on the complete end-to-end design process.
Responsibilities: - User flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups
- UX/UI Documentation/ Guidelines
- Benchmarks
- Usability Testing Results
User-Centered Design
- Understand and define user needs through user journey mapping.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas.
- Ensure designs align with user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Plan and perform usability testing with UX researchers and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Advocate for Accessibility and Inclusivity
Collaboration and Iteration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
- Contribute to ideation sessions to solve user problems creatively.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and provide feedback during development.
UI Design and Visual Identity:
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user interactions.
- Apply Atomic Design principles to create scalable and reusable design components.
- Ensure consistency in visual design across platforms through collaboration with the design systems team.
Design System Integration:
- Leverage and contribute to design systems to maintain consistency across products.
- Create and document new components to enhance the design system’s scalability.
Master’s degree/Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Product Design or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
A portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, high-fidelity interfaces, and impactful user experiences.
Essential skills: Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma.
UX Methodologies & Design Thinking:
- Usability heuristics and benchmarking.
- Wireframing, prototyping, and mockups.
- User journey mapping and usability testing.
Front End Knowledge: Understanding of front-end development languages like HTML and CSS
UI/UX Knowledge: Design System management, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
Soft skills: Problem solver, Analytical skills, Autonomous, Proactive, Efficient, Collaborative, Rigorous, Communication skills.
