About The Team

The team consists of a Project Manager, Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Assurance team members that are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We work closely with Architects, Database Administrators, Release and Support teams to ensure the best possible solutions for client enhancements. Our delivery is fast paced, and client focused with a high level of interaction with cross functional teams.

About the Position We are looking for energetic, freshers who have graduated from the college/university within the

last year to join the Software development team in a fast-paced, growing company. The

incumbent to this position requires being self-motivated, great zeal to learn and deliver projects

assigned, and having excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities Your days can be extremely varied from developing new features for the next release to working on defects for a product already in review by our client. We use Java with Spring and Hibernate for the server-side solution and sophisticated JavaScript with Ajax and Angular on the client side, typically you will work front to back and be exposed to both Java, JavaScript, database and tools such Docker.

Our engineers are expected to leave the code better than they found it, without compromising integrity. We utilise strong testing and test-driven development practises to both refactor and improve the code base without impacting current production features, this is supported by using code quality tools like Sonar to give metrics coupled with nightly continuous deployment where automated Selenium and Gherkin-based tests are run. We follow an Agile methodology based on SCRUM and have daily stand-ups to allow the team to synchronise tasks for the next 24 hours.

Associate team members are closely mentored by senior engineers as well as having access to our e-learning platform to further develop and acquire new skills.

About You

Candidates will need to complete an online assessment on technical and analytical skills. Upon successful completion, the candidate will have an interview with the technical team and HR. Successful candidates will have to sign a contract or agreement for 3 years (36 months) appropriately and the same will be made available for signature at the time of joining Solifi. This position will be considered as full-time, permanent to begin a great career at Solifi. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E / B. Tech) Degree in Computer Science (CS) or equivalent with good programming skills. Good academic record of accomplishment, preferably 75% and above aggregate consistently from high school and above. Good Programming skills in Java. Able to demonstrate the use of appropriate data structures and algorithms to solve problems. Knowledge with SQL/No SQL, Angular/React, Node.js and Micro service architecture as part of a project or internship will be a plus. Knowledge developing a project with emerging technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud technologies, or similar will be an advantage. Ability to work both independently and as a cross-functional team member. Ready to work in a dynamic environment and on different technologies. Good problem solving and communication skills (oral & written).
