Why do we need an Associate Lead IT Support ?
As our studio scales up, ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment is essential. We need an Associate Lead IT Support to manage day-to-day technical support, optimize IT processes, and lead the support team, ensuring seamless operations across onsite and remote teams.
Your future team
You will join a project with 100 people (Gameplay Programmers, Designers, Artists, etc.) from multiple countries (Europe, Canada, USA...). The team is set to grow in the future!
All techs are supervised by Tushar (Tech Manager) and you will work closely with him.

One important thing, if you don't live currently in Pune, you will have to relocate. For the moment we don't have an office in Pune so it will be remote the first weeks depending on your availibility but we will need people in Pune on-site.
IT Infrastructure Management – Maintain hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring studio-wide stability and security.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide level 1 & 2 IT support, resolving workstation, software, and remote access issues for employees.
System Administration – Manage user accounts, access control, and cloud-based services, ensuring IT security and compliance.
Process Improvement & Automation – Develop efficient workflows, integrating automation tools to streamline IT operations.
Team Leadership & Coordination – Guide and mentor junior IT support staff, ensuring effective issue resolution and documentation.
Employees experience smooth IT support, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity.
The Studio benefits from secure, efficient IT systems and optimized workflows.
