Associate IT Support Analyst

Position

The IT Support Intern will help with installing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS computers, software, and associated peripherals, including Audio Visual equipment. They will report to the IT Support Manager and will work closely with other members of the IT Support department to support 320 end users both locally in Bangalore and remotely through-out India, Asia, and Australia.

This is a great opportunity to learn about how corporate IT systems are organized and to learn whilst helping people. You will also be exposed to IT management tools such as JAMF, Azure, and Intune, and Riverbed products such as Aternity.

What You Will Do

• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS computers, as well as iOS mobile devices in a networked environmen
• Install and configure and troubleshoot software
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio visual equipment, printers, other peripherals etc.
• Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
• Maintain excellent communication with end users, and with other members of the IT Support department
• Work with IT Suppliers as required
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Positive and friendly attitude, polite, problem-solver by nature, and highly conscientious
• Experience with using/configuring laptops, ideally both Windows PCs and Macs
• Bonus to have some knowledge of Computer networking and related network services (i.e. DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
