We are seeking both fresher and experienced candidates to join our team as Associate IT Consultants. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing client requirements and business processes to design appropriate IT solutions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to deliver IT solutions and services to clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' IT-related issues.
• Help in the implementation and customization of software and IT systems.
• Document client requirements, solutions, and project progress.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and technologies (for freshers).
• Prior experience in IT consulting, software development, or technical support is a plus (for experienced candidates).
• Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and IT frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
