The Analyst plays a key role in the delivery of reporting outputs and is regarded as a subject matter expert in the team's day-to-day operations. This role demands strong ownership, adherence to controls, and an eagerness to identify opportunities for process improvement. Analysts are expected to operate independently, support the team’s strategic goals, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Analyst plays a key role in the delivery of reporting outputs and is regarded as a subject matter expert in the team's day-to-day operations. This role demands strong ownership, adherence to controls, and an eagerness to identify opportunities for process improvement. Analysts are expected to operate independently, support the team’s strategic goals, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Principal Responsibilities
- Run the daily production cycle of reporting deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, meeting or exceeding agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Take complete ownership of reporting processes, ensuring compliance with controls and sign-off procedures.
- Maintain and update report templates in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting processes and outputs.
- Manage the team mailbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Contribute to Management Information (MI) and track/report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective team collaboration and communication.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Curious and inquisitive, keen to learn and develop new skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
- Client-centric attitude, consistently prioritizing client needs and outcomes.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently, with guidance as needed from Team Managers.
- Actively pursuing or completed IOC (Investment Operations Certificate).
- IMC (Investment Management Certificate) is an advantage.
- Exposure to cross-functional roles within a reporting team.
- Basic understanding of Asset Management and the broader Operations ecosystem.
- Familiarity with internal systems and Sparks training (organization-specific).
- Training in Operational Excellence or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
