JD- JUNIOR/ASSOCIATE DATA SCIENTIST

Work experience - For Juniors- 0-2 years, For Associates- 2-4 years

Qualification - Master’s/Bachelor’s in Computer science/Data science/Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines.

Job Brief: In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine learning and research.

Must have Skills:

● Prior experience in working with Flask based APIs for backend development.

● Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

● Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

● Strong project management skills.

● High proficiency in using Python/Spark, Hadoop platforms,Tableau, SQL, NoSQL, SAS or R ● Experience in using services like Azure, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake.

● Proficient with Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scipy, Web Scraping, Data Structures, Sklearn, NLP, Deep Learning.

● Strong mathematical and statistical skills.

Good to have skills:

● Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques ● Data mining using state-of-the-art methods.

● Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed.

● Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.

● Procession, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

● Work on time bound projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
