We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Oracle ERP Order Management & Pricing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable experience in supporting order-to-cash (O2C) processes within our Oracle ERP system. You will be responsible for assisting with pricing and order management tasks while learning the end-to-end O2C cycle. Position

- Pricing Support:
- Assist in maintaining accurate product pricing information within the Oracle ERP system.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing rules and discounts.
- Assist in analysing pricing trends and profitability.
- Order Management Support:
- Assist with order entry, order processing, and order fulfilment activities.
- Monitor order status, resolve order discrepancies, and communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order updates.
- Assist with order cancellations, returns, and adjustments.
- O2C Process Learning:
- Actively participate in learning and understanding the complete O2C process, including order intake, credit checks, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Shadow senior team members to gain practical experience in each stage of the O2C cycle.
- Data Entry & Maintenance:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Oracle ERP system.
- Perform data entry and maintenance tasks as required.
- Assist with the generation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and analyze areas for improvement within order management and pricing processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior project Leader experience or training in project management
- Strong Business Analysis skills
- Experience working with Sales Organization
- Knowledge in Oracle EBS, JIRA, Integrations, SQL, and Excel
