Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data Analyst

As part of this role, you will be managing the process end to end, interacting with stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring surprise free delivery, identifying process improvements, driving change and delivering value to customers

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service by showcasing customer centric behavior
• Demonstrate ability to think critically
• Showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment

• Any Tech graduate degree or post graduate degree or any equivalent degree with a strong academic record
• Proficient in MS Office
