Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the risks and issues relating to specific IT services, adopting an agreed Risk and Issue Management Methodology To drive continuous improvement of the role and the wider organization relating to IT Services.

Develops plans for projects in own area over the medium term, including forecasting/organizing all resource requirements and finance.

• As a member of the IT Transformational Change practice, create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.

• Advise clients objectively on where IT might make a difference to the business Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business Co-ordination the project team Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these Securely designed networks.

• Ensure network security, solve computer and networking issues, provide desktop and server support, develop and implement IT policies, monitor, conduct computer and network audits, hardware repair and install updates as needed.

• Delivery to the Customer - Be accountable for building relationships with Business areas and delivering on their expectations with regards to Problem Management.
• Ensure Video Surveillance equipment quality of images and recordings, validating minimum desired recording history is maintained.
• Responsible for ensuring all cameras are operational, serviced and able to undertake all functions. Able to work in the CCTV operator role with full responsibility for how the cameras are deployed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 5 years of experience as Asst manager IT.

• Likely to have a degree qualification (engineering) - B. E/B. Tech/ M. E/M. Tech,B.SC Computers

• Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels.

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.

• Acts as a source of technical expertise to others in own area.

• Has depth of expertise in more than one area.

• Independent objective thinker. Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
